Prayers for Jennifer of Conversion Diary
OK, so I've been off the air here for a long, long time. I was coming back to recount my latest picked-up-by-the-nape-of-the-neck-by-God moment, which came via Conversion Diary and the Saint's Name Generator program, and the first episode of Minor Revisions (still available as of Thursday last week). So I toodled over there to get the above links, and saw: --

So, before reading further - please take a moment to pray for Jennifer Fulwiler, her husband, her children, and her doctors and those involved in her care.

It was just a couple of days ago that I went over to Conversion Diary from someplace else - can't remember where - and saw the post on the Saint's Name Generator. Jen used it for herself for her saint for the year, and wrote:
St. Michael the Archangel
Patron of (among other things): people in danger at sea, ambulance drivers, bankers, dying people, the sick, swordsmiths
(What on earth does God have in store for me this year?) Well, given what I have read on her most excellent blog over the years, and the good that she has done and is doing in my life with her writing to break Satan's hold on my heart, it is God's gift that St. Michael the Archangel was assigned to her for this year. She who does so much good needs full-strength protection!
